Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding Finnish and EU public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 13:00 CET are typically processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 CET or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon submission and a shipping confirmation when the order is dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

Thermetrics Europe ships to all countries within the European Union, as well as select non-EU European destinations.

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact our customer support team.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use reliable European carriers such as DHL and national postal services.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Finland: 1–3 business days
  • EU countries: 2–7 business days
  • Non-EU Europe: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processes, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Weight and dimensions of the items
  • Selected shipping method

Any active free-shipping promotions will apply automatically.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU deliveries: Thermetrics Europe will not charge VAT on intra-EU shipments per the EU regulations.  VAT might be charged by your country per local regulations.
  • Non-EU deliveries: Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Information

A tracking number is emailed once the order ships. Tracking updates may require 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
  • Provide photos of packaging and any damaged items when applicable.
    We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address was submitted, please contact us immediately. If the shipment has already been sent, rerouting is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.


Returns Policy

You may return most unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return shipping costs will be covered by Thermetrics Europe only if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

If you need to return an item:

  1. Please contact us and include your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  2. We will respond promptly with return instructions and any required shipping labels (when applicable).

Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging unless the reason for return is a defect.


Warranty

Thermetrics Europe warrants that the items purchased will be and remain free from defects in workmanship and materials, and will perform the general process function intended, under the operating conditions defined by Thermetrics Europe.

This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment.

During the warranty period, Thermetrics Europe will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace,
  • Modify, or
  • Repair

any defective component or equipment at no charge, provided that Thermetrics Europe is notified promptly in writing of the claimed defect.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumables unless otherwise specified
